Project Prelude Announces Portland Metropolitan Region Appointments

Project Prelude announces the appointment of nine new instructors to the Portland Metropolitan Region, as well as the promotion of three members to new leadership roles. The region will operate in the 2023/24 season with a team of twenty musicians.

Six musicians have been appointed as instructors to the Elmonica Division. Jonathan Hu, Kristen Kim, Kaylee Nah, Ahana Naskar, Annie Rhew, Andy Shin, and Hailey Youn will join the program in the upcoming 2023/24 season. Abigail Lee will join the region as an instructor for the Raleigh Park Division.

Elmonica Division Instructor Erica Yang and Raleigh Park Division Associate Director Sarah Lee have been appointed as Director of their respective divisions. As Project Prelude transitions to being a national organization, Claire Youn will step into the role of Regional Director of the Portland Metropolitan Region.

Project Prelude is excited to see how these latest appointments will shape the artistic path of the Portland Metropolitan Region, as the organization enters the 2023/24 season.
